How a pilot works

From first call to live capture in no time at all.

A Wimyx pilot is intentionally lightweight. Four steps, one point of contact, and a clear readout at the end.

  1. 01
As fast as 24 hours before show day

    Request a pilot

A few emails is all it takes. Tell us your soundboard setup and venue internet speed, and we'll confirm fit and timing—often within the day of the show itself.

  2. 02
    Week 1 — async setup

    Scope & onboard

We align on rights terms, fan-credit conventions, artist branding, and custom overlays — including digital watermarks, tour branding, and graphics applied to all fan videos. Your team gets a private dashboard and a single point of contact.

  3. 03
    Show day — turn-key

    Deploy at your event

Fans download the Wimyx app and opt in through the artist's existing channels. Your engineer downloads our macOS streamer and runs it during the show. Wimyx activates authorized capture in real time, structures the media, and credits.

  4. 04
Live — as the show is happening

    Measure & report

The more fans you invite to use Wimyx, the richer your structured library of rights-aligned media — plus a fan-engagement report in real time: opt-in rates, capture volume, top moments, and downstream distribution metrics, delivered as the show unfolds — including which fans captured what, which social platforms they shared to, and how that drives more distribution. Pro reporting to collect more revenue.
